Eliott Poyzer – Programmer

Eliott Poyzer is a computer engineer working across multinational advertising agencies and the VFX industry who’s been making games as a creative outlet for years, with a background in real-time systems and a focus on building interactive experiences through strong technical foundations.

Benjamin Thomas – Writer / Producer

Benjamin Thomas is a writer from the coasts of New England whose fiction work includes the medical thriller Jack Be Quick, and over two-dozen short stories scattered across different publications. He was a member of the writing team for the cyberpunk slice-of-life game Nivalis, and works closely with the Horror Writers Association in varying volunteer roles. His operational work includes multiple large-scale projects in the higher education space. Go Huskies.

Stark Holborn – Narrative Director

Stark Holborn is the author of the Factus Sequence, the Triggernometry series and the groundbreaking digital serial, Nunslinger. Her fiction has been nominated for the British Fantasy Awards, the BSFA Awards and the New Media Writing Prize. Stark also works as a games writer on award winning projects, and is currently lead writer on SF detective game, Shadows of Doubt. She is a Visiting Lecturer in Narrative at Glasgow School of Art.

Thomas Welsh – Writer / Lead

Thomas Welsh is a games writer and fantasy novelist. He was lead writer and narrative director on the award winning Cloudpunk, City of Ghosts, Nivalis, Best Served Cold and more. Tom has presented a talk at The Games Developers conference in San Francisco, and he won the Creativity Award at the Scottish Game Awards in 2023 for Cloupunk. He is a BAFTA and Society of Authors member and works with The Scottish Book Trust on their Live Literature Programme. He is teaching Interactive Digital Narrative at the Glasgow School of Art.

Karl Poyzer – Art Director/Writer

Karl Poyzer is a filmmaker, animator, and multidisciplinary storyteller working across film, games, and animation. His work blends sharp sci-fi concepts with dark comedy and grounded human emotion, often exploring themes of memory, technology, and everyday absurdity. Equally at home behind a camera, in a 3D pipeline, or writing weird stuff, Karl focuses on projects that blur the line between world-building and personal storytelling. Karl is the art director of “Loop.”
